Product Development

Product development procedures at GCE Metal are segmented into two divisions: New Product Development and Product Enhancement.

During the initiation of new product development, swift transition to large-scale production is facilitated using cutting-edge technology. The prototype, when developed, is manufactured utilizing standard production processes to the greatest extent feasible. Continuous interaction with the customer is upheld throughout the new product development phase to fulfill the customer's expectations regarding the new product.

Another vital aspect of Product Development entails ongoing enhancement endeavors.

In this context, continual enhancement initiatives are undertaken in various areas, including augmenting model efficiency, streamlining casting durations, diminishing or eradicating the necessity for grinding operations, and refining process design.

Model Fabrication

GCE Metal manages model and pattern box fabrication internally.

Moreover, enhancements and routine maintenance of the models are overseen by the relevant team.

Throughout the model development process, SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDCAM Programs, along with the equipment specified below, are employed.

• 1 unit of LITZ CNC vertical machining center
• 1 unit of Bimaksan CNC Lathe
